I think that it depends on the rating of IF. If say Trent got upgraded to 84, his IF rated 85 wouldn't get upgraded, as it is above the base rating. Then if Robertson got upgraded to 87, his IF rated 86, would become 88. I'm not sure about this, but I think this is how it works.
