No one’s picking Nakata though? From the ones you listed Campbell and Seedorf are decent, and when the full list is released there surely will be better ones worth grinding for. And if not, simply don’t do the objectives no one’s forcing you to.
Im almost positive the next season carries over and there will be more tokens. What im saying is thats not the full leak of players annnnd there is more tokens.

not just by playing the game.
by wasting your time changing formations and players to complete objectives, and playing with players you don't want to use.
playing friendlies or SB to complete objectives.
so I would say you get icons by grinding. not just by playing the game.
why not make the objectives more user friendly where we can actually use our teams.
1) score 10 goals using defenders in 10 separate rivals/fut matches
2) score 10 goals using midfielders in 10 separate rivals/fut matches
3) score 10 goals using attackers in 10 separate rivals/fut matches
4) assist 10 goals using defenders in 10 separate rivals/fut matches
5) score 10 goals with headers
6) score 10 goals using low driven shots in separate rival/fut match
etc
I understand it's an Icon and it should be hard to get them but last year it was waaaaay easier and less grindy with the SBC's.
this year you need to grind hard for the icons or just trade all day and night to afford a good icon

There's a marketing and money making reason behind every business decision. To us it's an offer to get something but to EA it's another money generating idea. The way they have done the objectives forces more interaction with the game than you normally would and force people to buy packs. When you do all these SBCs you will likely not have many strong first owner cards left. So some will resort to buying packs.

Some of us actually like using lots of different teams and players, gives the game variety and makes playing online somewhat bearable. I have an excellent EPL side but I get bored of using it all the time so it's nice to mix it up a bit, I've built some pretty nice sides for each of the other main leagues too so it's always nice to pack a decent addition to use, rather than flogging them right away for peanuts.
Plus if Campbell is the Prime version he'll be an endgame player, just like Prime Keane from the first set of swaps.
You don't have to google for Gifs. It's provided in the Google keyboard on every android device.
