Discarded TOTGS MATS by glitch/accident.

Long story short - I discarded a 91 TOTGS Ter Stegen, pretty sure it was a glitch but I can't 100% say it wasn't an accident.

I contacted EA and when they looked into my account they say they can't see anything discarded on my account over the last 3 days. They also say that I can lose everything "for a false claim" if I escalate the case.

Am I wrong to get triggered by this? What can I do here? I wasn't expecting much, but they say they can't see ANYTHING discarded on my account the last 3 days. I have discarded quite a few cards from UCL MM SBC / rival rewards that weren't worth anything as well as the Ter Stegen, but they can't see anything. They have confirmed they are looking at the right account though..

This is direct quotes from the chat:

"I am literally amendment in front of the concerned team that you are right I am taking your side but I am unable to view the discarded item on your account even if I escalate the case you will not get anything and there might be a situation where you can loose everything for a false claim"

" Trust me I am not able to see any player discarded in lat 3 days "

" Why would I lie to you I don't get any extra money for not providing you the player"

    I once bought 5 Defoe's for investment, and they just didn't appear anywhere in my club or unassigned items, I contacted them and they said the same to me.

    Same story all over again. Apparently I haven't discarded any cards over the last 3 days, even though I probably have discarded 50 +/- cards.. I even discarded 5 worthless cards last night while talking to the chat. New guy keep telling me "I'll refresh to check". I just feel there is some lies in here. Either there is something wrong with my account, they can't see my discarded items or they simply don't want to give me my card back. Either way I just wish they could be honest about it and say I'm not getting it back instead of repeating "let me check", "I'll refresh". So annoying

    Yes, that's how I figured. I was really low on coins, definitely added 10-11k.

    Point is they are saying they can't see me discarding ANYTHING in the log, even though I discarded loads of worthess cards from SBC packs and rewards yesterday. It's not just 91 MATS, they say I haven't discarded any cards over the last few days according to their log. I know that is not wrong. I discarded a few cards yesterday while chatting to them as well, and it doesn't show they say. And they have double checked that it's the right account.

    Feel like they are just talking BS to make me give up.
  • Plot twist - it seems like I am actually getting my player back!? Seriously, what the ❤️❤️❤️❤️? So unexpected, at least it restored some of my faith in EA back.

    It did feel like they tried do drag it out to make me give up, but maybe that's just my interpretation of it.

    Told me this: "I will escalate the case to our team for restoring the player". Also told me to keep at least 11102 coins in my balance, which was the discard value of TOTGS MATS

    *my name*, its not showing any time frame yet however, they do not take much time. I believe that you will get the response to your email once they review the case and start restoring the player for you.

    I haven't got him back yet, but the coins have been deducted and "the case" has been sent to "the team" so they can restore my player.
