Help my team is not working!!!

HELP my team is not working. I play a 4231 and no matter what I do my RCAM goes and play LCDM. What is wrong? Every instruction is the same as before I think! Seriously from kick off they switch and I have to defend all game with Dybala and attack with Vidal

That's what I did the first game and that's when I notice that hey started to switch position. Had to put it back bt it didn't solve the issue

Did not work to delete my squad. Sold Dybala and brought in Ben Yedder and he is still playing LCDM. Help!!
