New Update Is An Improvement.

The new update has improved the game, Dropback isin't as broken as it was as the defensive line doesn't sit so deep it's higher up so it's easier to break someone down who is using it which is good as it needs BALANCE.
The game feels faster, you're able to attack faster too the game was so slow before.. my Grandad is 81 even he would've looked good.
Also i've noticed finishing inside the box feels better.. there's more zap on the shots... which I like.
There are still some big issues with the game, it's far too easy to keep the ball still.. and dribbling still is trash, it's so difficult to get round players with left stick dribbling.
I still think there's an imbalance between Defending and attacking.. with Defending being far too strong but it is what it is.
The past 2 updates before didn't really change a thing.. BUT with this update it's a step in the right direction atleast.

The gameplay before the update was too slow, you thought it was ok?
Laughable.
FIFA 19 with new kits and VOLTA added to be exact. They had only one job, and they did it with the help of bugs and the bugs are now on the poor buyers of the game.
Sad scenes that even after a month of release, people are waiting to start a career mode. That speaks how much things are messed up. Sigh !
Dribbling in 20 is still trash...

we play Fifa for the fun arcade experience. Fifa should stick to that style. they can still have simulation elements in the game, but trying to be too much of a simulation has killed Fifa 20. the defending is absolutely terrible. they make it almost impossible to defend properly. as soon as PES goes on sale im buying it! it CANT be any worse than this garbage!

I guess this is the issue the devs face I'm not alone in liking the simulation gameplay and you are not alone in liking the arcadey footy, they arw damned if they do damned if they don't.
i think you misunderstood me. while i do prefer a more free flowing arcadey pace, i dont mind the game being more sim-like as long as its still fun. the sad part about Fifa 20 is that in an attempt by EA to make the defending more sim-like, they have made it far more frustrating and far less fun. at least thats the way i see it.
