Is the low driven finesse back in fifa 20 after been removed in 19?

I know, that is the low driven. How do you make it finesse?

It wasn't removed last year. You just had to do a finesse shot first and then press and hold L1 while still holding R1. It's probably the same this year.

It’s the same as last year, scored a lot this weekend with Icardi and Cavani
