I'm gonna put this on hold for a month or two, really struggling with the gameplay(I like it, I just suck) so I'm gonna be going a bit more meta in order to actually win games 
I'll stick with a EPL side and still update finances/results ect when I can but I'll be using any players that actually work

After a long protracted legal case, the CAS(Court of Arbitration for Sport) have ruled that "Swanlovers 1874' acted unlawfully by breaking rules regarding the signings of young foreign stars, and in a bizarre twist of the usual accepted punishment in these types of cases it has been decided that for the next 2 transfer windows they have to sign ONLY players under the age of 23 and domestically to play for their side, which was decimated this summer by the retirement of the vast majority of their squad
When Pressed on the issue, Manager Jester(not his real name) gave us this quote:
it's a pretty *** **** situation to be honest, they've proper **** us over, we had a good chance of doing summat this year and now we're *****, how the *** do you expect me to win with these **** youngsters playing for me and **** all experience in my squad? You can't win **** all with kids!!!!! Never have, never will. **** Off you Spanish **** you're a **** pundit anyway!!!
Those strong words by the Swanlovers manager need no explaining, he's not happy with his situation and it remains to be seen how he can do now the pressure is on and if he will still be claiming 'That you can't win anything with kids come next June

2 players MUST Remain in my starting 11 at all times, those players are(hopefully) the highest versions of Tammy Abraham and James Maddison
7 of my 10 outfield players MUST be 23(Tammy and Maddison included) or under at the time of general release(September 27 2019)
Goalkeeper is a wildcard
In the case of icons, only cards that represent the player BEFORE their 25th birthday are allowed to be used, any that I wish to use that are based on a time they are older will be taken from my free picks allocation

If I ever have the coins to buy him, he becomes my THIRD player who must remain in my team at all times until the end of FIFA 20, and will become essentially 'untradeable', this card WILL bring my 'under 23' allocation down to 6 for the remainder of the cycle
Abraham and Maddison are priority for upgrades, if I can afford one only by selling an upgraded version of another player I MUST sell said player to upgrade them(pirlo not included)
Bench is free to be anything, but I will aim for untradeable cards for the most part for these roles (or investments)
If an ASTON VILLA player gets an inform he MUST go in my team(can replace any player, except Tammy and Maddison), if multiple Villa informs
then I can choose which one to use

I'm honestly unsure, obviously alot of this relies on a strong EPL showing in FFS(if it happens again) so the main aim is to end up with a young colorful, competitive team
For Icon Swaps, I MIGHT add a community element to decide on my picks, I will decide later on.

In a seemingly bold move, Jester, has completely ignored the CAS directive, and signed Teemu Pukki, the 29 year old Finnish striker for a an undisclosed fee(believed to be around 25,000). It is believed that Pukki will occupy a spot on the bench at least for now, with Tammy Abraham being classed as indespensible by the club and Swanlovers favouring a 4141 set up of late.
It is believed that the fee, which was less than expected by the club will be offset by the club's performance in the pre season Squad Battles competition and won't affect the finances going forward

Swanlovers 1876 have confirmed the signing of Tariqe Fosu from Oxford United, the young English winger has scored 4 goals for the League 1 team in only 9 appearances since signing from Charlton Athletic in the summer, including a hattrick against Lincoln City. The move sees highly rated winger Daniel James go the other way in a short term loan deal
It remains to be seen how the player handles the step up, this deal is seen as a risk to many insiders at the club
The club are also expected to announce the renewal of James Maddisons contract some time this week in the wake of his fine domestic form, more news on that as it happens

I'm working nights ATM dude, so best times for me are between 9 and 11am and 7-9pm(apart from this weekend as I'm off)
I was starting to have small regrets with this owing to my pulls, I can get a pretty tasty team with that I've got in the club sitting, but thisll allow me to change my team around a fair bit with some strange cards and should give longevity as I have something to aim towards, gonna be a fun year
