Let shine light on the fact that I can not dribble with my player in my fifa career mode, yet they fix the height of a player come on I haven't really played this game since it came out because of this issue. Your star go to zero it's like the Benjamin button disease has be fallen fifa 20. So why don't we fix it. Many people have been talking about it yet no one is answering the call.
I am looking for some advice on managing youth players, things like:
Number of players in the Academy.
Training strategies.
Promotion and/or selling strategies.
Scouting strategies.
Thanks. I am playing this season offline, but I hope to continue my Chester Lee CMS next season, which will probably be late January after everybody's gone.

Academy: I usually let my scouts search for any type of player. I sign only those who have a current OVR above 60 and a Potential over 75. I try to build a youth squad similar to my first squad so that if I sell my top player for a certain position, there is always a back-up and an Academy player instead.
Training: stick to core business. A defender needs to defend, a striker needs to be(come) prolific, wingers need to dribble. The most tricky ones are central midfielders; I usually train them on vision and short passing. But a defensive midfielder I train as if it is a central defender. And an attacking midfielder as if it is a winger (dribbling, acceleration).
Selling: Once someone offers 200% value for an important or crucial player we'll talk. Fortunately morale has no influence on players being denied a transfer, so usually extension and upgrading contracts is usually a solution. But if you build a youth squad as mentioned above, then for any player you sell there's always two back-ups.
Scouting: I usually stick to real life here. Ajax scouts a lot in Scandinavia and Latin America, Wisla Krakow tends to look Central-Eastern Europe, or from the lower divisions of Germany and Spain. That's what I do and if some perks pop up, I might try to sign them (unless they have a history with the arch rival, so players that have played for Feyenoord [in case of Ajax] or Cracovia [in case of Wisla] are omitted.
What a whirlwind year or so for Piątek. Seemed like he went from having a relatively modest career in Eastern Europe, to having 15 minutes of fame after moving to Milan and now he's headed for the Premier League.
Surprised Spurs didn't put the chips down for Dembele (Lyon).

Thanks, some good tips here. I ask because I turned on the game, spent some time reviewing scouting reports and determining my depth needs and budget constraints; the next thing I know, almost two hours have gone by and I haven't even played a match. I suppose I can could skim past some of these decisions, but it's not in my nature.
thinking of doing a Spurs career since I have a few friends that are fans of the club and they need a complete overhaul in areas. They seem like a fun challenge if you restrict the funds yourself and play cheap like Spurs are in real life.
Reviews on this. Things you hate, things you like? Is it all 💩? Was enjoying the process, but I think I overdid it. Doesn’t help I really don’t like the PL colors of green and purple 🤷♂️
Not sure about the green and purple gradient, maybe a darker purple and lighter purple gradient and the stuff inside that box as a light green colour or just leave white and have the PL badge colour changed to green. I see where you are going with it
Not sure about the team name fonts either.
I like the rest, the layout is good simple and effective
I'm about to post some of my placeholders later tonight if people want to take ideas from them or give me tips to improve most welcome
Okay so I decided to do an Arsenal career mode from the start of Fifa 21, will wait for the latest transfer update before I start it though. When the next gens consoles come out I'll be just continuing this career on the PS4 still even though I'll get the PS5 but I plan on getting through a season every 10-12 days and doing at least 6 seasons. I think I can do it and got my templates ready, will obviously add a bit of writing to it but tried to make it as easy and quick to get the graphics out don't want to spend all day updating my story Any feedback helps

Monthly UCL/EL (whichever comp I'm in) graphic
Special occasion (cup final) match graphic, will do line up for both teams and I will also use this template for the team of the season for the Premier League at the end of the season
Last day of the season (whatever there is to play for)
Shame to see whats happened to this section At the end of the cycle and there's two pages
I'll try a career mode on here next FIFA. Was thinking Sunderland, but I like keeping that one private and smashing through. Maybe an under performing team like West Ham, or even like Cardiff and making a Welsh powerhouse.
@Ashy great graphic as always, wish your choice of team was better and more enjoyable to follow.
I really like the lineup graphic and the end of year fixtures. Nice colors for the Premier League to SkyBet graphic.
@Wyojasond I like the second graphic but something about the team font is off but I don't know what? I do like the general layout and color scheme you have going on.
I have been thinking of a Crystal Palace one like I did a few years ago, my favorite career to date but I'm still debating if I'll even get FIFA. I've been playing PES and liking it but the sharing of a career mode is half the fun so maybe I'll lean towards FIFA eventually.

This section has gone very quiet compared to the past years but I think a lot of it is also down to the poor career mode they put out in Fifa 20. You needed like triple digits to win the title in any division, you had teams ending with 35 wins and 2 draws and a loss. It wasn't realistic at all. Not to mention the bugs and lack of improvements from the start.
Fifa 21 it looks like they've fixed a lot of things and also added some nice things, it's starting to add things from FM like match sharpness and stuff. Probably the biggest update since I can remember.
As long as the transfers are not all over the place and the table looks realistic enough I'll be very happy and I think this section may receive a bounce of activity.

I like that they are giving the option to have “realistic” transfers this year while still giving the option to have the crazy ones for people who enjoy building those super teams.
I want that realism. I don’t want to see United buying 6 strikers when they have a youth keeper 😂 I’m actually pretty excited to come back. With the new console not transferring over, it gives all of us a month or so to do a test run story too.

Was going to do a Hertha one before PS5 but if everything is working on current gen release I'll do my Arsenal one, smash through 6 seasons before PS5

However when I use the BBCode it only comes up with this:
Any ideas on how to fix this?
Edit: I’ve tried reuploading and have the same issue:
Edit 2: Fixed it!
That looks like the link to the album or the post from Imgur, you need the direct link to the image (.jpg or .png)

Would be the fastest deal ever for Levy if it's done.

@Ashy, that title graphic is amazing. Big fan of that comic book style graphic 👍
Looks good, only change I would make is make the picture of the player have more width so it comes to the edge more but that's just me
