New rules for football

1. There will be no rebounds from penalties.
2. Handballs inside the area.
3. Substituted players can leave the field anywhere.
4. Players can touch the ball in the area after a goalkeeper kicks it out.
5. Coaches will receive cards again.

Can we this changes in FIFA 20 ?

There is no such rule, they dropped the idea months ago.

Don't forget the dumb rule that attackers can't be part of your defensive wall on free kicks.

But substituted players on Fifa have no awareness of time wasting so it doesn't make sense.

How will coaches receive cards when there's no option to interfere as them?

Most of the rules don't apply to Fifa 20 as it's an arcade game not a simulation.

Also new thing in Bundesliga as of this season, 9 substitutions (good for CM ofc, not for every game mode)

If it reflects real football, then those should apply imo.

How do you expect them to get these changes in, a month before the launch of the actual game, may I ask?

The only new rule I would like to see added is players able to touch the ball in their own area btw.
