Nedved is a very low profile icon, he won't be missed.
Beckham and Kahn were not part of FUT, so who cares?

There are so many potential icons that even losing all current icons would make way for more new icons. Not a problem at all.

Honestly, for me, the question becomes, any icons that played for Juventus, are there icon stories going to be updated to say p. calcio? since the deal says exclusive would they have to remove those additional Juventus based icons? Or do they specifically have rights to the icons themselves?

From a legal perspective this seems like an interesting point tbh. Not sure they can deny them mentioning "Juventus" in regards of historical information.
