Next year is going to be my first no €€€ fifa how do ye do it

First of all I must of put 5k in over the last 2 years it's only since playing blackout and getting away for a while I found the error of my ways . I play a lot of pro clubs also , so I feel I'm out of the spell of FUT , plus I know packs are **** , how do u resist not opening a pack or 2 while playing with a bronze team for 2 weeks and how do you keep up with fitness ? I can see my self all out of fitness by Sunday and not being able to play till Thursday rewards . If some are telling the truth and really have god squads with no €€€€ Put in fair **** . I'm going to find it tough to not put money in but it must be way way more rewarding

Best part of the game is trading and predicting the market. Loyalty packs. Some buy 12000 and use that as a base. Can easily turn 200k into 2 million

Fitness is simple, just play a game with any old rubbish in Squad Battles and your main team will be fully fit.

Just stick it on the easiest level, score an easy goal, put the controller down and job done.

If you quit that don't regain the fitness on your bench though?

If you have a strong will, just chuck some money at the game when it first comes out and open some packs, £30-40 something like that then stop. From that you’ll have a decent gold squad to compete with and a few fitness cards to keep you going.

Many on here don’t like to buy points at all but if you want to avoid using a really poor team and really grinding the fitness etc get a little head start with some points then stop.

Ya I think some like me even if I put €5 I'l never be happy with my team . I need to be forced to be happy . I must of sold my team 5 times a week lost loads of tax then topped up with a €50 and might as well **** it in the bin. €€€€ = never happy with team because you know you can put more in. I really hope I can do it lol

Take untradeable rewards and do sbc’s to get that buzz of opening packs. That’s what I’ve done this year.

Indeed it's the most efficient way. I mean, if we're talking about efficasy, depending on your wage, buying a ton packs is likely more efficient than grinding the market for months-- as you could have spent that time working or investing (education, stocks...). So in essence, not buying packs makes you an idiot-- but i'd rather look like an idiot than subsidy this football-themed card trading casino.

BPM...stocks your club up with many useful cards for SBCs. Save up the Squad fitness to sell at WL, keep the player fitness to put on your players, yes it's painful doing it individually, but you save a fortune.

Of course you need to use other methods too, but BPM has saved me a fortune over the years on SBCs, and when things randomly increase in value...you often find that you have 100-200k of players in your club that were practically worthless the day before.

I create a thread on XBOX section every year, but I'll be also creating it on GD this year. The info in here is quite up to date, I'll have to write a new method next year...but it gives you an idea.

Haven’t done it for ages, but I was sure the bench gets refreshed. If I’m wrong then fair enough. Don’t care enough to check.

True mate, after 18 I was out. I might have bought 12000 at the start but pulled Pogba in my loyalty packs, flipped icons, got banned, came back, flipped hectors, got banned. Been a great year :joy: B)

Got banned twice as well, lost nearly 5M in october when it was a fortune. At least the hector ban was lifted!

Never buy fp and have an awesome team with r96/Messi/viera etc. Just take untradable rewards and compete sbcs each week.

Even if get the game at Xmas you can build a team this way full of competitive 90+ rated players from Toty. No need to spend.

Accruing any commodity requires time and certain amount of effort. Does it make sense from a competitive standpoint to grind the market for months when your annual wage is 100k$ a year? Absolutely not-- it'd be rather foolish. The problem here is that EA are moving the goalposts and the entry bar in such way that you are practically forced to spend very large amounts of money to be able to compete, and there is absolutely no way around it.
  • Your addicted to packs and if you buy Fifa 20 you will spend money on it. Better off sticking with Modern Warfare when it comes out.

Your prop right but it feel differ ent this time being there spent the money had the same team for 2 years nearly . It's a bit of challenge and I know the minute a €1 goes in its never happy with team time. So fingers crossed lol

This was my first fut and I spent way too much on points. What I learned is that having a great squad doesn't help me win more games... I'm not spending a penny next year, if I even buy the game....

A gold prem squad gets me just as many goals and wins as my "god" squad... it's not being able to complete all the fun sbcs that will be most challenging...

People get stick for buying Fifa ever year, but at least the gameplay changes yearly. I can never wrap my head around why people buy COD ever year, when it's the same game with a new lick of paint.

Won't be buying FIFA will pre order Modern Warfare and if I need a football fix have a few games of fifa 19. That trailer already has flaws and it will be the same server issues all over again. I'm trying again when the new gen consoles come out.

My first FUT too and spent some FP. Am better off not doing many icon sbcs and going mostly untradeable.

Yeah because Black ops 4 is like WW2 and WW2 had the jet packs just like Advanced Warfare.

Fifa gameplay is trash every year

Next gen is our best bet for change, but we're talking september 2021. Two more years with this mess.

Use the companion app before the game is released, so as much as you can on it, usually get login rewards daily, it's a small head start
