EA made his skill moves 3 star?I'm 99% sure I was doing iniesta skill moves with him.im positive he had 4 star skill??

I just went to repurchase him and found a fresh for 60k but only 3 star skills but his totw has 4?? Is this a glitch @EA_Andy

See some people reporting the same thing happening for 91 Rashford so have added that too.
