They'd have to have good gameplay for that to happen. Unfortunately, as bad as FIFA's gameplay is, PES' is much, much worse.

Fifa holds more licenses that stand above the ones PES aquired.
They hold the rights to those that cover everything.
Hopefully Neymar will stay at PSG and I can just build a ligue 1 team from the start
