Nah. I don't think there will be changes to the better regarding servers. Game has been a mess since they introduced dedicated servers and Frostbite doesn't help either..

53% no and all of them will buy the game and spend money on fifa points, people are dumb as bricks

    Normally I'd agree with you

But I think some people, especially those who have played 5 or more FUTs, have just had enough of the game

Certainly not at launch. I'll give it a few weeks and wait to see how it turns out.

No, 19 was the last straw and so was Battlefield 5, I'm back to focusing more on sim racing anyways (PUBG and Planetside 2 are my fillers for now). I'm likely no longer an EA customer now, been one since FIFA "Soccer" 95, NHLPHA (93), NBA Live 95, and Madden early days as well as early adapter Battlefield 1942 demo.

To think I almost didn't buy FIFA 19 this year, and regret that I did a few months in.

i think this topic is useless or unimportant in future , as there were many game is included subscription program , so people have such package , of course said "NO", another is "Yes" ( mostly). it may interest to some people, but for most who have brought EA FIFA constantly( no origin access), NO Question

The game comes out end of September, Christmas is in mid December so most who said no are basically getting it for Christmas for FREE or they'll just get it on sale around November since that's the Black Friday month sale where FIFA is always on sale on Black Friday.

not me, i wont be buying it even if they offer it 70 or 80% off around x-mas/new years. unless somehow they manage to fix career mode, which is about as likely as me winning the lottery, even if i never even play it.

    Dear @EA_Andy @EACoreySA ,

I have a question about Fifa 20 and I hope you’re able to help me with it.

Each year I buy the new Fifa when it’s released. Just like any other consumer I look for the cheapest optie. So mostly I’ll pay around €50-55.

The fact that I don’t play fut, maans that buying a deluxe version isn’t beneficiary for me.

My question is simple: why do I have to pay €70 when I pay the game in The ps-store? Certainly when it’s much cheaper in other places.

I believe that for starters the loyalty-bonus should aply to every version of Fifa 20.

Secondly there isn’t any labour, because there isn’t a physical copy. It’s just a download link.

The fact that there is only a link, also means there isn’t a third party involved. So EA doesn’t have to split the profits.

It also means there isn’t any transport (from EA to the company and from the company to me). There isn’t any waste either. So buying the game directly by EA is also better for the invironment.

The things mentioned above makes me believe that €70 is way to much. Mostly because it’s a lot cheaper in other places.

I believe a price around €50 would be better. With a loyalty bonus for people who bought Fifa the year before. So they should have to pay around €40.

I hope you’ll read this and that you’ll be able to answer my question.

    Kind regards,

    PSV-lover

They do have a third party involved... PSN

@Psvlover - It's similar for most games I've found. I'm not sure of the exact reason but don't expect it to change before launch.

If you can find it cheaper and don't need anything other than the standard edition it might be worth considering a physical copy instead.

Thank you very much for answering me. Perhabs I will, or I just wait till blackfriday/christmas. That way I’ll teach myself to wait haha. And then I also already have the november update. For now I’m going to wait which changes are made. I’ll decide afterwards.

I hope you have a nice weekend!

Nah. Not paying a penny for another FIFA game. If my friend that I gameshare with gets it, then great. If they don't, I won't be buying it myself.

Sick of wasting money on a game series that gets worse and worse every year.

honestly i'm up to the point where EA would have to pay me to play the game. This game series is dead to me. Way to go EA! Yet another franchise successfully killed!

I’ll only not buy it when nothing has changed (for the better) in career mode. I’m playing full manual on ultimate now with OS-sliders, and apart from two annoying bugs I’m really enjoying the gameplay. I only play career (and occasionally 2vs2 online), and it really needs a massive update.

I would, but after this wl I decided to uninstall and dont buu this game anymore. The one time shots 180° accuracy **** reminds me that this isnt a serious game.
    Done with it.

Sony get a cut from the publisher, for anything sold on their online store.

No Juventus, no Cristiano Ronaldo, that’s officcial from PES. The only video game that can use the name Juventus and the name of the players. So, fake names and generic faces...of course i’m not buying fifa anymore

Is that for sure for players name and appearance? If yes then EAs dead lmao.

Gonna be a year of casual PES football then. No more grind and wasted weekends. Thanks EA.

Guys, you're not seriously going to purchase a game where CR7 is playing at "Piemonte Calcio"?

EA's monopoly was due to their perfect licensing over PES. What do they have left now? Hilarious.

I`m on subscription so I`ll get the game anyways, but will not play as much as I played 19 unless there are some major gameplay improvements.
