I’m hesitant, WL is a joke and lag fest, EA are taking all packs money and not giving us smooth game play!
Do you really think it will be different from fifa 19?

of course it wont be different.

the only thing that changes is the grass gets clearer and the fans change clothes.

Of course I will buy it

Nope. Not buying it. It used to be about football but now it's all about rewards which makes the game more like a chore than a fun football experience. So why would I play FUT then. And if I don't play FUT there's no reason to play Fifa. That's why I'm switching back to PES. And if their promotion and demo doesn't convince me then this my be the first time I don't play/buy a football game since WC 98.

Unfortunately I just love UT can’t help but no buy it, I usually spend £160 (24kFP) at the start of every fifa then just trade from that starting position, this year I shall not be loading up at the start just doing an RTG

No. Why would I pay for a patch we should have received for free?

    PES next year for me.

    No.

Hopefully the new cod can keep me busy, otherwise the ps4 will be an ornament

I’m in 2 minds. I will not be able to play as often anyway so I was always going to have to make the decision but this Fifa has killed all enjoyment for me.

EA Sports and their staff are the problem. This game has been a farce since day one and not a single person at EA Sports has bothered to address obvious issues. The customer base has been ignored from day one.

    1) AI defending is laughable. Anyone who doesn’t believe that defending is a difficult skill should not be developing football games.

    2) Shooting facing the wrong way. Come on guys, this is based physics. You cannot swivel at ridiculous speed to generate 60mph power on a football.

    3) Skill moves have been complained about since day one. It’s actually crazy that the ‘la croquetta’ is probably the main reason I won’t but Fifa 20. That and el tornado are hilariously unrealistic.

    4) High pressure for 120 mins without stamina drain. Again, basic development of a game.

    5) Player switching. It’s anyones guess these days as to which player the game will actually select.

I would like to, but as someone who only has a few hours a week to play and won’t spend tons of money on the game it doesn’t seem worth it.

These have all been in the game since release, its like we are playing the fifa 20 beta. They dont care, the guys who work there are useless.

If this was something i released, id be embarrassed.

This is the main reason the game is a joke! Many users use skills and you can’t change your defender to catch the moving tornado LOL. The game should be about creating chances via passing not use a skill 4 times in a row !! Like they do with Iniesta move.

Won’t be buying it. I have a fun team so I’m finishing out 19 and then will move on to finish RDR2, Days Gone, and when Last of us 2 come out

I will buy. But probably taking long break. Now when the season is over and I should enjoy full icon team, I'm disenchanted with the game. Gameplay is just unbearable.

Probably the first time I’ve agreed with you but my thoughts exactly.

I am calling it to quit! Fut was never like this before until YouTubers ruined it! They are spending extreme amount of money on packs helping EA with packs weight being this low! Game isn’t fun anymore LAG’s are real bad in any gameplay this has been an issue all year ! When spend your time and money into which will frustrate you more ! I decided that I shall not participate in any of this anymore!

This. At least they're aware of the gameplay issues from this game. And they see the government closing in with the loot box stuff. It won't be perfect, but FIFA 20 should be leaps and bounds better than this mess.

If I do but it I won't be putting any money on FUT, seems to me this year was a massive push for extra income knowing a likely global ban on loot boxes is close

I think AI defending is the worst of issues. If you have Vieira, Gullit, and a couple of decent defenders, you can lay your controller down flat on the table, and the AI will intercept of of your opponent's passes, it's a joke!

I will buy it as I play pro clubs quite a bit. I will give UT a go and see how it goes. However, If they don’t fix the blatant issues with the game or if they aren’t proactive enough to fix issues quickly as they go a long and just give up on the game again (like ignoring 180 first time shots, la Croqueta and el tornado abuse for months now) I will call it quits. I didn’t play much 17 and under 100 games on 18 so I have no issue with calling it a day.

I probably will, coming back over to PS after spending two years playing Fifa on PC. I need to play a football game and PES doesn't do it for me so this is the only option.

Will be the standard edition though and i'm going pack only (packs from rewards) to try and keep it entertaining.

I think I’m done after 19. I’ve had every Fifa game for 20 years and I think this is the year I give it up.

I like the grind never spent on points have 14mil untradeable team but something has got to change with EA and rinsing its customers and that being its only focus instead of the game itself this year is joke worthy, they will not change it will be all shiny and new next year and many people will believe all the tripe they dish out

For all switching to PES... Is it actually playable online? What about modes, licences? I'm predicting 100% of you will come back to Fifa. Gameplay aside, FUT formula is just impossible to beat. It's just too good and addictive.

A couple of my friends switched to PES last year and they love it, they are going for PES 2020 as well

Fifa 19 = La Croqueta (Iniesta skill move) , no creativity at all, just spam the move and you will score or get a penalty. Will see if they fix it or not in fifa 20, then will decide.
