I think its a decent chance to make it into Fifa 20. The licencing costs you would imagine would be pretty minimal and I think it would make a great addition to career mode being able to bring a team up to the Premier League from the Vanarama National league
I'd love to see the National League in and would make RTG more fun starting from Non League, however I do think we need more leagues from around the world. I personally wouldn't play majority of them, but it will attract a wider audience than the National league. Would open up more options/variation for Chanpions League and Europa League, plus possibility of having the Club World Cup involved. Then there are international teams, more need to be included before we get The National League
