Learn to read were the move finishes and have your player standing there to block the ball/player. If you tackle you mostly give away a free so best choice is to jockey or run into the finish of the skill move

Most effective IMO

Try and then cutting into the box push them wider towards the bi- line (goalkick/corner) then bring the second man over, once done move to tackle, if they go towards the bi line your tackling is they try to cut into the box your AI is tackling

The skill is only dangerous when cutting in from the wing I find

Jockey back, keep you defender close to them, wait for them to finish it, then L2 + tackle. If you have a good defender, like Kanté, it’s kinda easy.

This but even then you’ll concede a penalty on occasion
