It's an official rule in football now, it was used in world cup 2018, CL and domestic cups. Why isn't it applied in fifa?

They would most likely have to rebuild the entire game. I honestly can see something seemingly so simple breaking the entire game.

I'm ok with that as long as constant pressure gets nerfed.
