Penalty Arrow will not turn off, ever.

My d-pad works fine, I start penalty shootout, press up on d-pad, aim peno, arrow is there. Let go left stick press up on D-Pad again, aim penalty arrow is still there when I aim.. Been happening for weeks, means a guaranteed loss in penalty shootouts in Draft.
Edit: Turns out the other guy can't see it and I'm just bad at pens. Ignore this. Still a bug where it won't turn off but has no negative effects.

What explain again? You only have to press the up button on the dpad to make it disappear and re-appear again

The other guy can see where I am aiming my peno's. Sorry guys I meant draft.
It will not work for me at all buddy, pressing up will not turn off the arrows. Also I should have said draft, not WL.
Hold LT/L2, the player will do the stutter steps which will hide his head movements.
But I can't turn off the arrow so they can see onscreen where I'm aiming.
They can’t. Unless you’re playing offline with your friends.
Thanks buddy, I must have just some bad luck so lol. I've lost my last 4 draft shootouts with the arrow showing and all my pens have been saved, I know about the head movement.
Thanks for clearing it up, if the oppo can't see it I guess I can just leave it on.
