The logic is non existant
I know this was already known but I'm going to have a 15 second rant.
Div rivals 0-0. I get a penalty. The other player quits before I take it and I get a draw.
Surely I should get the win even though it was 0-0 at that point? Even if there was no penalty I still think you should get the win if they quit when your drawing.
