Who chose those players and why ?
Lala and Suso already have multiple IFs and HL cards
Goretzka Has an IF, OTW and POTM
Hulk is a good choice
Diego Costa has a Halloween card and no one is using him.
Foden has a FFS card.
can someone explain to me the point of doing that ?
EDIT: nevermind. I though they made new cards for those players

I'm not complaining.
I'm just wondering why did they choose those players.
I don't think there is any clue in it. I believe it's because Feb. choice is so bad that fewer players care about the swap thing. So they start to put players of high value in. That's my guess tho.
that's the type of answer I was looking for.
IMO, SWAP players should be usable players that didn't get IF yet
