Is Rijkaard worth it? Team advice?

Hi all.
Nakata has been a massive let down. I was hoping to stick him into a bigger sbc in the future but It looks like that might not happen.
How is Rijkaard? Is it worth cutting my loses?

Alongside Kante? Cut my loses with Nakata and stick him in sbc and then sell Pogba or use him at cam instead?
