Meant to be based on real life football

How is this game based on real life when u score a goal and then the opposite team score like a minute later you don't see that in real life football so it's clearly a rip off sort it out you poor game makers

I've been playing since FIFA 95 on the Megadrive and this game has never been a realistic football game. Its always been an arcade game.

Do you actually want to play a full 90 minutes and still end up with a 0-0? That'd be a realistic game.

It would be near impossible to score, most shots would be off target, AI defending would be near perfect and constant, there'd be about 2 5* skillers in the game and they'd manage 2 skills a game that have next to no effect.

There'd be constant fouls from everyone slamming defenders into attackers, the whole game would be mad.

Now I like the sound of some of that personally but it's not what fifa is or ever was.
  • You make some valid points but still they keep saying it's meant to be real life based and am the same as you I have been playing fifa since the 90s but it don't change the fact that ea lie about the game

Seen it happen a good few times irl. You're actually most likely to conceed after scoring.

Absolutely zero evidence to prove this "myth" factual. Data accumulated from the last 10 years of Premier League campaigns does not support the myth that teams are most vulnerable when they have just scored. That is not to say they are not at all vulnerable – and it is not to say they never concede straight after scoring. On average, though, it certainly does not happen most of the time. You can concede a goal at any time, not just after you've scored. If anything, the impetus and confidence is with the team that have just scored to score again.

Go back a few years and Arsenal scored and while they was still showing the replay United had scored the other end. So I believe your theory is incorrect

Ultimate Team has never been about Real Life.
    It is blatantly a fantasy/arcade football/collectors game.
It is about special cards and crazy rated players.
Gameplay will never 100% mirror real life. It just won't.
Teams do instantly equalise in real football. Difference is that irl it takes an actual minute, not an in game minute(12 secs)
