    Went back yesterday

    Nothing too heavy

    5 sets of 10 110kg leg press
    5 sets of 10 45kg calf raise
    5 sets of 10 35kg shoulder press
    5 sets of 10 15kg bicep curl
    5 sets of 10 32kg triceps pushdown

    Just to wake the body up, felt dizzy after most sets so might have to get the fluids down me before I go again still, :'(

    I have been keeping on my diet too but that can't be interesting at this point since i am the bleedy same :D anyhow yesterday was another good day! struggled with cardio this week honestly it sucks did a 20 minute run before football yesterday evening.

    maybe you need to change up your diet, you should be able to loose 2 pounds a week if you put in the work & discipline

    I was able to lose a pound a week before and have a cheat day.

    thats good i guess but should rather do a refeed day and maybe eat like 1 unhealthy thing and the rest pretty clean on that day (to get better results) , if you can do that mentally ofc.

    + after your ‚diet‘ you shouldn‘t loose control like you did before bro. That way you are only destroying all the great results. Have to keep in mind that if you want to look and feel good not just for the moment you have to change your (before the diet) unhealthy eating habits!

    Not everyone can do it, so show yourself that you are special and strong enough to do it ! :)

    oh I know gutted/annoyed at myself that I had the self control/motivation/mental strength to drop those 10 pounds to gain it back again and be back to square one sucked/sucks.

    So I’ve had a week of doing hip rehab work and I can honestly feel it making a difference. Will 100% have to keep this up and there may even be a little chance of getting back out on to the footy pitch for me :smiley:

    I have still being working out just not documenting as I am at the same point so seems pointless i will comeback when I have good news :D

    don't jump the gun to early on future goals mate, but glad it's started well.

    100% wont be doing that. I’m not able to play now until September anyway so it gives me a while to train and do rehab work on my hip

    I have a club! Been to two training sessions, sat out of all the running and done the drills and small sided games.

    Wants me to play on Tuesday which is like their 4th preseason game and it’s against their rivals and a team I use to play for...definitely not fit enough to start though :joy:

    Just take it easy mate don’t go in for too many 50/50.

    I’m up north for a couple of weeks but managed to get a month only gym membership and the joining fee knocked off so i can stay on some kind of track.

    That’s very handy! Every little positive and all that! I’m gonna drag myself and do some gym sessions as well actually.

    Made it through sort of unscathed. Blisters after a rock hard pitch and my hip is very sore but it’s 70 more minutes in the bank
