I score most of the goals low driven if I see that my opponent moves the Gk. And I also find low driven more effective in 1v1 scenarios.

    Low driven is strange atm.

Without timing they are good but rarely score.

Green timed they are brilliant across the keeper and score a lot.

Any other non green finishing though and they are awful
  • No
Timing has to be green and even then they usually go right down the middle for the keeper to scoop up

Why bother when timed finesses & normal finesse are broken & OP?

Use them sometimes. Don't think they're that good.

I use pro evo controls it’s virtually impossible for me unless I do it by accident

They're my go-to when I see the opponent has moved the keeper.

Aside from that, very rarely. It's finesse or go home unfortunately.

It’s still a good option but it’s not as consistent.

I try it every now and then. Usually after a fake shot into the box to get that across goal angle. It's inconsistent but I don't think many opponents expect the low driven this year.

I use pro evo controls too. It's a bit fiddly but I spent a few hours on skill games to try and get the hang of it which has definitely been a huge help.

With my fitness squad I have UCL Sane at LF and will often sub on Futmas Rashford as RF… If you get the angle right with these a low driven across the keeper is good. Although a normal powerful shot with Rashford seems just as effective into the top corner! Note: I do not use timed finishing. If I’m playing against a decent player I’ll vary it up and smash one front post, hoping they move the keeper, worst case you’ll get a corner.

Edit: They were broken in Fifa 18, but still good to use in Fifa 19.

They work very well, especially if you have a player with a lot of shot power.

One on ones or from either side of the box and drill it into the far posts.

Yes. Against GK movers they are really good.

I still score them and I never time them, I have missed a few sitters with them though, you have to use them at the right time and get the body angle right before shooting.

Use them on the odd occasion, but they still chip the ball occasionally which is annoying as hell.
