When starting a new career with the initial squad selection will I get the recent star head updates in my career or not?

No one answered because maybe the question is a bit understandable.

At new career start just select latest squads (starheads included for sure).

Or from related tab, download latest Squads, adjust if required from in-game editor,
(re)save and then load, start a new career but make sure you select Current Squads. Done.
