watching this again. it just seems way too easy to score. i've watched highlights of the san antonio spurs playing like barca played football, which was pretty cool, but it seems pointless because it seems alls you have to do is just dribble a bit then take like 4 massive leaps while holding the ball and score an easy point.

i'm asking a legit question. i gave up watching during the lakers gsw game because nothing impressive was happening. i didn't see where the massive skill was. i kept seeing lebron miss free throws which i thought was funny.

now is he actually the goat or is the goat in the same way people call cr7 the goat? alls i know about basketball is that san antonio spurs played tiki taka basketball with parker, ginobilli and duncan and the coach was called pop.

Curry is a great player and he changed the game with his insane 3-pointers, but there isn’t a Curry Lebron discussion, like there is a Messi CR7 discussion. No discussion like that in the media or even with fans. Everbody knows.

Lebron James for me is the second best player ever.

    Shaq is the goat

Love me some Shaq. So many great players in so many era’s there is no one true GOAT. Lot of positions you can’t even compare. How do you even compare Shaq with Magic.

@mjs4p you a Bostonian? So awesome. Celts will go a long way of Kyrie hustles like he did tonight. That OReb he got on embiid was incredible. All hheart

@Falafelmonster Yes, not in Boston but we’re about an hour away. We try to get in to see a handful of games each year. That was a great one last night.

Hopefully you can make it to one. I know the Celtics played there last year.

It’s funny how we all value the different experience based on what we are used to. I love going to a Celtics game, but 2 of the most memorable sporting experiences for me were the 2 times I saw Arsenal play in London. It’s just not something I have available on a regular basis.

Yes it’s weird like that. I find it normal to fly to Barcelona to watch Ajax play there, or prior to that to see Ronaldinho live. But a NBA game is so out of reach.

I believe Celtics played the 76ers last year there. Didn’t know about the game soon enough :(.

Even MJ said it’s Bill Russell. He won 11 championships in 13 years without another superstar to help him like MJ did with Pippen or LBJ did with Wade and Kyrie. He even beat the OG big 3 in West, Chamberlain and Baylor in the 1969 finals. And he was the player-coach then! But for some reason people never include him in the GOAT discussion.

Thing is we can’t compare players from different era’s. Russell was the GOAT then, MJ in his era and LBJ in this era.
