Title.

Liverpool fan so tempted for the nostalgia and have a lot of cards in my club, but don’t want to be stuck with loads of BPL players. Can anyone offer some reviews please

sorry to say but no good. Literally no movement. Pace doesn’t feel 90, seems to have a real poor 1st touch.

Plus side is if you can get him in a position to shoot he’s lethal but you’ve got to get him there in the first place!

I've done a mini review of him in a different thread earlier, it's in the 1st page. I did it after only 2 games but I maintain all of it after 13 games now. 11 goals + 4 assists in 13 WL games, all coming off the bench after the 60th minute. I like him a lot.

27 goals in 17 weekend league games for me. I was forcing it to him a bit though. Seems to be one that divides opinion but he is great for me at LST in a 2 striker formation. His left foot is lethal. He doesnt feel lightening but he feels pretty strong and he feels pretty agile too so hes decent at holding the ball up as well.

Agree with Damo, in and around the penalty area, he gets the majority of shots on target. Never had an issue with stamina, though I don’t play high pressure constantly.

Only issue I have with him, when challenged, there is a high chance he will get injured!!

His pace is an absolute lie. He's so slow, had a race to the ball next to Luiz and he got destroyed, 98 sprint speed is aa lie. Clearly an error from EA again..

I’ve played against him 4 times and he’s absolutely destroyed me in 3 of them. Can’t decide whether to unlock him...

2* weak foot, his 90 pace is a complete lie, he’s just like his nif card with a dynamic image..

Yep, I did state in the other thread he does not feel as quick as the stats say, but he's still very good.

Awful. 2 goals in 10 games with the loan as striker in 4321. Replaced him with KDB and changed to false 9 and he has a much better record from CF.

yeah. may be not that fast but still fast. 6 goals in 3 games. dunno what card you got.

Don't think anyone expects him to be end game material. Doesn't mean he's not good though.

For the coins you’ll spend to get him, you’re expecting a star player. Lol gabriel jesus is better than him

Depends, I had a lot of untradables. Obviously I could have saved them for a better SBC, but I made profit on this one. Plus I'm a Liverpool fan, so that was an easy decision. Not sure about Jesus, he's not all that good this year.

I don't find WF a big problem this year, not sure if it's just me but 90%+ of the time I take shots on my players' strong foot. If it was last year then I'd be quite annoyed at 2* WF.

If it is not a problem with you then i will have a feast defending a striker with 2* weak foot lol.. i know the noob will take the shot on his left foot so i will defend it mercilessly

He doesn't feel as fast as his stats no, but he is still quite fast! I haven't noticed his weak foot as at LST he just bangs them in across goal with his left. I think people see his stats and expect to be able to zig zag past defenders. Rely on him laying it off and moving. He easily gets a yard on the defender and if there is a decent chance on his left it will likely go in.

I think WF is only a problem if you try to shoot from outside of the box

He's 8 goals in 13 games for me (WL and Div 5 rivals), but I've rage-quit couple of them from the start so I'd say you can expect a goal per game. I've tried Marksman to boost agility and shooting. I should probably slap free Hunter from the daily objective, he needs more pace, I think that he feels kind of heavy because of the low acceleration.

Bear in mind, he is pushed off the ball too easy. He has 89 strenght with chem but balance is low so don't be suprised if he feels like Insigne sometimes. Also, don't have high hopes for anything good from the packs, he will cost you about 100k.

Week foot is not a problem as he scored a goal with outside left foot, and rarely use right foot.

I just made another comeback thanks to his right foot. I use timed finishing so it feels like he has 4 star weak foot. WF is a myth with timed finesse. 4 goals in 4 games as a sub and im in the later stages of WL facing tougher opponents

Loved using him so far, only played 4 games but scored in each one and picked up a couple of assists too

Howcome? Because I haven't supported them as long as you have or what? Does that mean you weren't their supporter when you first started watching them? You've gotta start sometime. I watched most of their games the past 2 seasons, watched all their games this season, always rooting for them to win, there's no team in world football I want to succeed more than Liverpool so... you're gonna tell me I'm not a Liverpool supporter? Well, you're wrong. ;)

EDIT: Although, now that I think about it, for all you know, I could've been a Liverpool supporter my whole life, so I'd like to know your reasoning as to why I can't be a Liverpool supporter. Just curious. :p

Not when you most likely will turn on the club as soon as things head in the wrong direction. It's easy to be impressed by the current state of the club and players like Mo Salah and Bobby Firmino but most of us have been with the club through the so called banter era of Jay Spearing and Paul Konchesky. Will you stay if history repeats itself or will you just move on to the next club that plays exciting football?
