Who are your impact subs?
Who are your players to turn a match around? Or to consolidate a lead? Depay has scored a couple of important goals to turn around matches for me, Gundogan if I need an attacking impulse or Guilavogui's special card if extra power is required.
And another question, do you think it is worth it to have relatively expensive subs? Like 50k+?

Especially Depay and Gomez are really good, sub them on around 55th-60th minute
I think it is good to have a stacked bench because the players can really turn the game around

Depends on how game is running and who i feel will give me better for the end of the game.
While you can use money to improve the team I can't see why you should spend to improve the bench, where you can place players from "strange" leagues.
I have various Scream + Bale on the bench, anyway, and I use them according to the match and the results. Almost always Kalou Scream and quite often Marcos Alonso RTTF.
