Anchor or shadow?

Any opinions on which is more effective this year?

Last year shadow was my go-to but I've seen quite a few people rocking anchor in 2019.

Before the patch shadow, after the patch anchor will be important when physical stats of the defender are low

Good info. I've just been so used to defenders on basic catching up my maxed out strikers that I figured it didn't matter.
