Where would you improve this squad?

Where should I improve next in your guys' opinions for max 200k. Godin for Gimenez? Felipe Anderson 86 inform? Could also swap in Buffon for Ruffier but Ruffier has been doing really good actually, barely no mistakes. Any other ideas?
