Just email the EA CEO , forget the other support they have it wont work
Andrew Wilson is a billionaire. Let me guess, I will be redirected to EAs customer support by an automated generic message, where i'll then be redirected to the Terms of Service team that handles rule violations (where i came from), enclosing the loop. The reality is that, as I don't splurge on fifa points, I am not an economically viable customer, therefore I am of no use to them.

Not true, I have had issues with Vodafone in the past and have gone straight to the UK Managing Director.
Within hours his team called me back and resolved my issue. They sent me a brand new handset for next day deleivery
No messing around with their useless support trying to get my phone fixed.
And also i've done this with Plusnet previously too
The simple solution is don't buy the game anymore. The more they do these things they are only driving away their customers. I guarantee I'm not the only 1 to send the game back or not buy it anymore, people are waking up to what EA are doing.

That’s Vodafone we’re on about EA here mate
Once you buy the game you don’t mean ❤️❤️❤️❤️ unless your a youtuber
I got permanent transfer market ban for legitimate trading, so in that context, how much worse can it get?!
You could be console banned.
I doubt he would care. Let's face it if EA wrongfully ban you then won't even reinstate you would you really care about being able to play EA games on your console?

I know I wouldn't.
If you bought the points from the PS store (for example) and charged back you're then facing the possibility of a full console ban from going online, EA game or not. It's effectively bricking the console so wouldn't be my choice.

Oh right I see I thought it was just a console ban from EA but if that's the case then maybe I would reconsider
Maybe your account was flagged for repeatedly spamming searches in the auction house? I'm sure you received plenty of timeouts along the way.
Can't say I'll miss any users that get banned if their idea of trading is to spam the same two buttons until a card shows up at 59m59s.
Bizarre comment. This isn’t against any stated rules, so you could never justify banning someone for this regardless of how much you dislike it. Would be like banning someone for sitting deep and counter-attacking. Yes, many people hate it, but no, it’s not against any rules.

Sitting on one screen spamming two buttons as fast as possible for hours on end is not an appropriate use of the auction house.
I dont get the issue. If someone is trying to find an extinct player, what other option do they have? I could care less.
Alternatively, extinction would be less of a problem if users weren't spamming searches at 59m59s and let the auctions come through at a reasonable rate. Sniping doesn't fix the issue of player extinction; it just rewards the users who spam the auction house the fastest for the longest.
For gameplay and for trading, decision-making and planning should be rewarded. Spamming two buttons better than your opponents should never be a viable strategy, for any part of FIFA.

I had a captcha popup last night because I sold too many players at max buy now bin / lower bid to be able to sell them easier. Like if I would have misread the captcha or typed it in wrong I would have gotten a ban. Come on.
I'm facing a similar problem. Here are some details.
Prior let's say 2-3 days ahead of the ban I've sold all the cards that I've been storing in my club for future SBC's (gold, silver, bronze rare and non rare at prices I found at the time on the market, no max BINs I recall).
I invested those coins in Jonas Hector IF and Sule at their respective market price with the hope the price will rise. Hector's did, Sule's didn't.
On the day that I was banned I sold the Jonas Hector IF Cards that I bought.
I also tried to snipe some of them from the market in the day of the selling because people listed them with a smaller price than the one that he was already instantly buying (and he was still rising).
Sold my cards for different prices as it went up. Last one was for something like 42-47k. The next day he was 65k (but by that time I was already locked out).
Also in the sniping session I remember buying a non inform card of Hector because I forgot to set the "special" filter.
Out of the blue I'm Transfer Market banned on all platforms (Coin distribution - sending, they say) and what's even outrageous is that after all the charade with EA Help the action stays.
Given the fact that I've spend some money on some FIFA Points for some promo packs at the near start of the game what's the logic behind this? Why would I invest money in FIFA Points and sell coins? That would be totally unprofitable.
Also relevant is that all coins made from matches, trading night by night, Rivals rewards, WL Rewards ultimately I've spent building the team (expensive players almost card by card).
It's unacceptable to ban players and don't even check the account right. I'm certain that I didn't brake any TOS or game rules (have read both more than 3 times these days to be sure). I'm also certain that if they would really check they'll find what I'm saying to be true.
More than that I'm certain I can explain every transaction made on the transfer market of my account, so when I ask for which one flagged me it's abusive not to give me the information given the fact that the respective information is regarding my persona or actions taken by me using EA's software. I'm not asking for internal procedures or anything like that, just for the exact reason I've been flagged this way.
After their response (stating the action stands) I reopened a case to properly check but I don't really think it will make any difference.
Later edit (22-11-2018 13:51):
I've recalled some informations about another set of transactions I made with the silver card "Neeskens Kebano".
One night I've noticed the player being used in a SBC and his price was a little high (something around 2k or greater).
I remember I've sniped all cards bellow 1.5k and bidded on all cards below this price in the first hour. I've done this until my transfer list was full and also had cards in unassigned and transfer targets. Somebody must'ev sold all their cards observing that someone is buying. When I understood I cannot make profit I've given up and tried to list all cards on different prices hoping that lazy buyers from the SBC will pick it up. It didn't happend so the next day/days I've listed the cards in loss just to clear my transfer list for other transfers. I want to mention that for this cards I've tried listing them multiple times for profit from the price I bought them until I've totally given up
In total I've lost somewhat between 50 and 100k trying to rise this cards price.
Later edit (22-11-2018 23:38):
I've requested all data EA has on me in association with the GDPR EU legislation. Will update after the response.
Later edit (23-11-2018 14:21):
My account has been unbanned.
@sonnyfilth you're aware you're posting in response to comment at least a month old right after my post that really raises an issue.
Also, how do you picture it? If someone searches for a player it leaves the low priced card laying there for you to pick up? Such a post hunter... disgusting
These people ruin the game, along with the people who price fix SBC's, so annoying.
.
The first category of people you were referring to are the ones who snipe. How do you picture a market if you aren't allowed to snipe. As for your SBC problem you can try different team versions on Futbin and make one without price fixed players.
Nobody should be banned if they aren't breaking any terms.

Not even hardcore traders but people selling sbc cards that they dont want to do are getting banned. Crazy
In terms of specific actions interacting with the web app/auction house, there is pretty much nothing listed in the ToS.
