The unjustified bans keep rolling in. EA is a joke.

Thank you,

Not to me it isn't. Not only is their shoddy algorithm auto-banning you for any discrepancies, but the customer support won't even properly look into your case. Absolutely reprehensible.

Coin distribution (receiving). Permanent transfer market ban, first offense. Account in good standing since 2009.

Try phoning them mate. The U.K. and US numbers are listed on google.

While you are there demand compensation, demand to see proof of what you did wrong and demand they give you a refund for selling a game that is nowhere near ready lol

Just to clarify, I don’t think I need to, but you didn’t buy coins did you? 😬

I sold a gold card that was highly in demand during Hazard SBC. They are basically accusing me of coin distribution when i traded an extinct card that had maybe 500 eyes on it simultaneously. Lets just say its an untenable argument to make.

That's a negative. In regards to the physical call, i shall spare my sanity not having to also hear about the red tape they have been feeding me in written form.

Its unreal they still have this system.
I got banned last year for selling bronzes due to some SBC that was going. Had all the players in my club since i do the bronzepack method alot.

Was banned for 2 or 3 weeks but got eventually unbanned.

But its really a disgrace how they treat their customers.

Indeed so! Especially disheartening to receive this treatment when you've worked your butt off for two weeks to accumulate in excess of 5M legitimately. All the long nights, the investing analysis, red bull sniping sessions, long-term investments. You name it!

    Go Bajen! :)

I get that, it just sounds automated though. At least with a call you will speak to an actual person. I’ve had the most success with things like that via a physical call. Worth a shot once the pissed off feeling dies down.

Maybe your account was flagged for repeatedly spamming searches in the auction house? I'm sure you received plenty of timeouts along the way.

Can't say I'll miss any users that get banned if their idea of trading is to spam the same two buttons until a card shows up at 59m59s.

With do due respect why didn't you just play the game, it is a football game after all. Too many people are on FUT simply to mess with the market, it's crazy that's not what the game is. We were all warned when we got the game about fair use of the market, and bulk buying players and manipulating the market to maximise profit was always going to get you guys flagged.

The same auto bot that banned you is investigating the account. It’s a bad state of affairs that you need BBB to prove your innocence. The game is an abomination.

I have merely excercised my right to trade, in a game I paid a premium for. There is no way around daunting trading if your aim is to build an ultimate team. Endorsing this rapacious business by funnelling even more money to this company is something I personally can't do with a straight face.

Bizarre comment. This isn’t against any stated rules, so you could never justify banning someone for this regardless of how much you dislike it. Would be like banning someone for sitting deep and counter-attacking. Yes, many people hate it, but no, it’s not against any rules.

I've been considering trading this year but after everything I'm reading recently I think I'll just stick with what I've got and enjoy, cant believe the amount of innocent people getting screwed over.

Hope you get it sorted mate :/

Send the game back and get a refund, I did and put my money into Red Dead Redemption 2. No way was I letting £50 go to waste on this game this year.

EA have always been the same unfortunately, if you don't say what they want you to say you will be banned, the mentality of the people in control of the game is worrying and they will turn more people away from it eventually.

I was banned on here for telling the truth something they have trouble dealing with.

Sadly a refund is out of the picture as i purchased this game on a disc from a local retailer.

I got mine on disk, sent it back due to it not working how it should. I feel your pain though with the game, it's crap how EA treat their customers.

So EA can’t differentiate between a hardcore trader to a bot or whatever it’s called?

I traded/snipped for the first time this year, got a good feeling snipping Rashford for 11k and quick sold him for 18k...

I did get a message after it kicked me out of FUT, about click the controller buttons to the pictures blah blah... guess they were testing me if i was a bot..

So did you get that message too?

nope in 99% no, even if you sold like 20 of that cards chances of getting ban are very small and chances to getting banned for selling just one card at max bin are 000.1%...

Ridiculous! No I regret selling some silver cards for max bin. But if i really get a ban, I'm totally done with this game.
