Player picks don't seem as good as monthly packs for me

Definitely. The fact you can get <81s ruins these, plus you can get dupes. If you got a certain card from monthlies before, the other spots would be taken by different players, now you can pick someone and he'll still appear in the next picks... EA ruined rewards this year, just because of Rivals. I'd rather have normal divisions and better WL rewards.

This. Today from the first pick I had to decide between Jesus and Kummich, both great for my fitness squad (bund-premier hybrid), i chosed GJ.
Next pick Gabriel Jesus again...

I have SIF red Lala and Alex Sandro in my team so either one of them would improve my team massively. I just don't see it happening although people have got some gems finishing S1 before.
