Inspired by the vote on the all time greats of the premier League era. How does this decade compare to the previous two and who would make your eleven?

Mine:

Suarez
Alexis Silva Bale
Toure Kante
Evra Koscielny Kompany Zabaleta
DDG

You've missed out a hell of a lot of players there bro.

    Cech and Terry mainly.

Very difficult to go leave out certain players (Terry not so much) due to the years of consistency in the league they have over one or two I've included (see Aguero for Suarez).

    Cech

    Valencia
    Terry
    Kompany
    Ashley Cole

    Bale
    Kante
    Yaya Toure/David Silva
    Hazard

    Aguero
    Suarez

    Would be mine I think.

Mad how Valencia is the only United player in there and even that's highly debatable. They've seriously fallen.

One of the best in the league at his peak.

Was a close call between him, Vertoghen and Azpilcueta to make my team.

    Alexis over Hazard
    Kosc over Terry/Azpi

    There the most laughable

Strong Arguments could be made for:
    Ivanovic
    Cech
    Cole

I think if you base it on 2010 to now he wasn’t at his best for very long in that period(if at all)

I'll begrudgingly admit to being impressed with that spell ivanovic had at RB, but the rest of the team is personal preference - why would I select my team to suit your views?

Drogba left Chelsea in 2012... Aguero and Suarez better for a longer period.

Rooney is a shout but still think Aguero/Suarez better over the last 10 years. Maybe Rooney for Suarez. Vidic and Rio the same as Drogba.

I'm sorry but no matter how biased you are how could anyone argue that Alexis and Koscielny have been better than Hazard or Terry?

Alexis is slightly debatable tbh. Was a madness for 3/4 years at Arsenal and arguably better than Hazard over that period.

Yeah I understand it’s personal preference but Alexis and Kosc over Terry Hazard are the two I really really can’t wrap my head around, I just don’t see an argument for either at all

Talking the decade from 2010 onwards and while technically it's a bit early with a year and bit to go it's hard to see anyone impressing enough to move ahead of other names.

Harry Kane maybe? Other than him I can't think of anyone. KDB is worth a shout too if he keeps it up.

    My 2000s team:

    Gerrard Keane Vieira
    Cole Campbell Rio Neville
    VDS

Superb decade with so many top players that you could make a case for.
