They didn't learn from Petit last year then. You need to exchange an Icon for one of the requirements. Imagine how much you'll need for a Cruyff or Ronaldo this year.

On a serious note, they've made a lot of SBCs so far easier, not many people care for untradeables icons when you have to sink so much coin in. You can get tradeable versions for around the same price range.
