So they do happen and not as much as Fifa 18. This is a good thing. I've seen a couple. Also need to make sure all handballs are on.

Yep they happen just very rare, I've received a penalty due to hand ball and it was pretty blatant so maybe they finally added an algorithm for accidental handballs so less get called this year.
Should give foul for obvious handball especially in the penalty area when someone takes a shot outside the penalty area and hit the hands of the opponent
I think they've finally stopped it from being a foul every time the ball hits the hand and tried to implement some kind of "deliberate" hand ball logic.
