Why is FIFA 19 so bad, even worse than 18

Fifa 19 is Atrocious, waste of money regret buying this awful game. EA needs to sort it out I been disappointed with the last 3 Fifa games. I may go pro.

When you dont explain with details whats wrong you dont add nothing useful to the forum discussion.
For example i find it good.Where exactly do we disagree?

I think fifa 18 WORLD CUP upgrade is GREAT and I undertood FIFA developers were improving the game play and the overall experience BUT THEN after buying and playing FIFA 19 I feel this IS THE WORST FIFA GAME IN YEARS. I'm really disappointed as I've been a loyal member since several year.
    OVERALL GAMEPLAY IS REALLY BAD
SHOOTING EXPERIENCE IS REALLY WORST THAN FIFA 2014-2018

TECH LEAD DEVELOPER OF GAMEPLAY SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

I don't want to move to PRO EVOLUTION but I feel stolen.

They'll be a lot that love it and a lot that hate it because some want an exciting arcade football game and some want a slower more realistic game so the developers can't please everyone but asking for them to be fired abit extreme cos the work and detail to make a game can't be easy, they don't dis please ppl on purpose, they create a game they think n hope ppl will enjoy

I do i want a realistic balanced game not people on there relying on the AI on ultra-defend and controlling one midfielder or cdm which is trash. Fifa was the first online soccer game and best i ever played by far and way better than this game and 18. Thats what i see.

Anyone complaining about the game has their right to, although IMHO it just takes some getting used to, would rather play a game thats a challenge then spamming cross shots all the time with OP 79 rated BPL strikers..

    Best fifa in years

I'm sure this guy works for EA, says either this or don't play it then on nearly every post when someone criticises the game.

    🤣

Fifa I changing to a more realistic game speed in which football is actually played, the gap between what the best real players can do to the less gd is more realistic, understand why ppl don't like this fifa cos it's changing from the arcade style, some ppl like the end to end franticness but others want a challenge and with that frustration cos not everything they do pulls off, when they don't get the balance of player right b4 passing or what not they blame the game instead of themselves not trying a realistic pass, never gonna please everyone but there past fifa's ppl can go bk to which still updates teams and transfers so don't get what the problem is!?

Nothing like 15, I had over 2000 games played in pro clubs and I can say for certain it's nowhere near Fifa 15, that was the best of the lot for me.

I agree with you about the defending mechanism it should be more manual and skill based.
But apart from that which was the same at 18 i find this one improved in many aspects of the gameplay.
I like the pace which has nerfed the ping pong.I like the 50-50 challenges. It was my biggest complain about last year's game ,that modric would overpower and win the ball over players like ottamendi which is by far more big and powerful. This year until now the 50-50 works fine for me and charges seem fair!
The shots are kind of nerfed and weird but it needs more skill now.
And finally there are no such pace abusers with ronaldo messi etc that would run from one side to the other.
For these reasons i enjoy this fifa.Last year i was one of the biggest complainers...

Players movement and physics are from pes or just me ?

Also to the ones who say this is more slow and realistic gameplay, take a look at team press... every game is long ball long ball

The mechanics of the game just doesn't feel right, I don't know what they have done to it but it's a real backwards step for me.

If they keep it as it is I won't be playing, it's money wasted really £50 and this will really make me not buy it next time around, I know many people say this but I've had enough, it's the same thing every year.

Although the pace of the game is okay, there does seem something off about the way players move on the ball. Also the shooting doesn't seem right. Players seem to either poke the ball or it floats too much. In FIFA 17, shooting seemed to be more robust.

Being a long time PES and FIFA player, I feel FIFA 19's ball handling and shooting feels like it's coming from PES, easy to adapt to after playing a lot of PES 2018 last year. But a lot of it does feel different than FIFA 17's.

It will be different cos that was fifa 17 and this is 19, purpose of a new game is to make changes and ppl have to adapt, some like it some don't that's just how it is on fifa and in life!
  • the AI is useles! and the passing is soo bad! EA Fix our game.. no one care abut FUT!

Its not about adapting to the game, the freaking game was made for ❤️❤️❤️❤️ braindead 12yo players... good players can't dominate games because everything is so ❤️❤️❤️❤️ inconsistent
  • Ok so i've never been a world beater but comfortably winning world class and occasionally legendary on fut18 finishing elite 2 and 3. 19 I can string passes together, keep possession, every single cross from the cpu results in a goal, average 2 goals conceded per game, 84 rated team with pace and quality finishers yet struggle to get chances on goal. It's getting me so down. I even dropped the level to semi pro and have ground out a few 1-0 wins. thats mental how aggressive the ai is on semi pro with a 77 rated opponent with 43 chemistry. On 18 id be winning 5-0 on legendary. rant over 19 sucks. killing me man

I'm guessing it's all FUT players complaining about the gameplay?? Playing career mode and the gameplay is perfect, don't see what the issue is.. If it is FUT players, then no doubt you all want it back to ping pong football.. Hopefully they keep the gameplay as it is

Yeah all sounded positive to me... they changed barely anything, best news ive had all day!

Was hoping they wasnt going to just turn it into Fifa 18.2 and it seems that is the case from the reviews i have seen

I appreciate this may not be good news to all but personally for me once ive sat down and practiced with the game ive found it to be very enjoyable and rewarding
