There are 2 options, the cheaper option just gives you 10 hours "trial", but the more expensive option (Origin Premier) gives you full permanent access to the game as long as you remain subscribed.

I bought the yearly option for £89.99 this morning and have pre-loaded FIFA now.
The Origin Premier subscription will give you access to FIFA, Madden, Battlefield V, Anthem and loads more games that are in the Vault.
Look at post above, the Origin Premier subscription is all that is required.

My Origin client, and the rest of the worlds Origin client shows it starts 19th, 4pm UK time with Origin Premier
