Yeah but these sites are fishy, they don't pay taxes most of the time, and some codes come from dark places.

I have no idea. Didnt knew you could buy loan player picks pack. Apparently its the pre order bonus codes from the ultimate edition. Stores cant sell the ultimate edition so they give the codes away to websites to sell them i think
