Want to play fut19 on my ps4, will i be able to use the Webapp even though my origin account is still linked to the xbox?
I swapped from XB1 to PS4 last year mate and you can do this. It will come up with the option to use either your XB1 or PS4 account. You can switch back as well if needed.
Can you expand on this a bit more, please @Currieman. Considering swapping this year too.
When you logged into the web app, at that point does it ask to align with a console, or only once you have purchased '19 and need to confirm? Thanks.

I think what happened is that I logged into my account and then there was a settings button somewhere. It recognized that I have 2 accounts and it let me choose which one I wanted to log into. So if you wanted to switch from XB1 to PS4 and then one day you decide you want to log back into your XB1 account then you can do this.
This could be wrong though so I'll have to check when the web app comes out.
It’s sad that I’m really excited for the web app launch. It’s probably my favourite time of the year for FUT, trying to grind a starter team ready for release
