What are your Early Career Mode Plans?

I'll do my usualy Road to glory haven't decided who yet, but i feel like trying something New his year and starting a career at Celtic. They are expected to win the league etc, but i wanna try have get them a good European run maybe even winning Europa League depending how things turn out, then maybe after a few seasons i can hopefully get a good offer to manage in the premier league or else where in a top European league. I haven't done a journyman manager mode career for years, think this year i shall try one out.
