I think EA need to consider the lighting that surrounds all players, at numerous times players don’t look right and the lighting to dark coloured shirts, you would think in 2018 they should fix 5his as a key element
Also
1. seeing cut scenes of managers, players and officials in the dug outs in instant replays
2. Being able watch the replays from “their angles we be good”
3. Cutscenes to injured players being carried off etc
4. Fixing the audio of the commentators as they stop talking, when something changes, then don’t carry on where they left off
5. EA ranking, as you level up the catalog is limited to level 45?, surely when your above that level there should be further incentives
6. More cutscenes in competition finals, with the graphics available the presentations should be so much better regardless of the console / PC
7. Individual player tactics need to be fixed and regardless of which mode you play, the tactics should load up
Again we need to get back to basics. There's so many basics wrong in the game that need to be fixed so focus on that rather than some cosmetic changes.
a) GKs
When playing against the computer, the computer GK needs to come out to encourage more one v one's and give the human different options for scoring (e.g. going around the keeper, chipping the keeper) while at the same closing down the angle and making it harder to thread through balls.
GKs also need to be be able to receive yellow or red cards (e.g. for fouls and time wasting) and get injured.
b) Pressure
The computer needs to ramp up the pressure big time so that the human has no time on the ball and it forces mistakes. This would be so much better than simply manipulating the game and forcing the human players to hit the ball in completely the wrong direction when under no pressure.
c) Fouls
There needs to be more fouls in the game on both sides with an increase in the number of yellow and red cards.
Rather than the computer fouling the human and no free kick being given due to blatant ref bias, the computer should be using fouls to break up the play. Also rather than preventing the human from fouling the computer, take the foul and exploit the set piece (see below).
d) Computer Goals
The computer is allowed to score goals that don't involve rebounds and deflections off the human. The computer should be scoring from free kicks (particularly with the likes of Ronaldo) and corners and set pieces and should just score well worked goals that can be admired rather than the quite blatant cheating of endless rebounds.
e) Weaker foot
The single biggest weakness that nearly every footballer has is a weaker foot. It's the reason a slow CB can mark fast striker. Because he pushes him wide and onto his weaker foot. You won't need to manipulate speed and use different cheats if you just simply increase the weakness of the weaker foot.
But at the same time players should naturally move to their stronger foot. At the moment depending on what the script has pre-determined the players sometimes awkwardly move the ball back onto their weaker foot usually to give the other team a chance to block a shot or cross. You wouldn't need this cheat if you set up the computer player to defend properly by pushing the human onto their weaker foot.
f) Runs
Forget about having lots of different types of runs until you get the basics right. A few key runs:
i) FBs; should only run up and down the line. They should not be roaming in midfield or on the opposite side;
ii) DMs: should just stay in the centre in front of defence and not move. They shouldn't be breaking forward to score goals;
iii) Pull backs: players should drop deep for a pull back rather than e,g. running towards the byline when the passer is set up for a pull back. Players should be sitting on the edge of the box;
iv) Runs into the corner: the best way of getting some life into the game is to play the ball into the corner. It opens up the game and injects a bit of pace. You can allow it to happen without forcing the passer to miss-hit a through ball (so it goes narrow rather than wide) or having ridiculously spread out full backs ready to intercept everything or Ronaldo tracking back to intercept the ball like the workhorse he's known for. If you get the weak foot right then the defender can force them wide and force them onto their weaker foot. Also defenders should be defending their goal not the flanks so let them go wide and defend the crosses.
g) Throw Ins
Can you please let us choose a thrower? It does make a difference particularly when the full backs insist on getting out of position all of the time.
h) Tactics
Rather than simply ignoring tactics because it doesn't suit a particular script, just exploit the downsides to any tactics. Keep the tactics really basic and make them work. So, for example, the full back "always overlap" command should not simply be ignored because the computer's decided to make the game harder by cutting off any width. Instead the player should, as instructed, "always overlap" and then the computer should respond by drawing an attacker out wide to exploit the space behind.
Just keep all of the tactics really simple like this and just get it right and you won't need to resort to cheats and manipulating the game to make it competitive.
Again we need to get back to basics. There's so many basics wrong in the game that need to be fixed so focus on that rather than some cosmetic changes.
Get the basics right.
Love it. Won't be read by the people that matter but all great points. Echoing my own views practically to a T. Additional one of keepers, they are desperate for more variety in save animations. The lack of keepers not coming further out than 3/4 feet off their line is majorly frustrating.
Hi, i have a league in FIFA MOBILE by the name of HotShot Stars with the logo of a lion animation. Join everyone if you are interested in playing regular league tournaments because ill be doing it everyday and then you can earn league points to upgrade Delle Ali.
Again we need to get back to basics. There's so many basics wrong in the game that need to be fixed so focus on that rather than some cosmetic changes.
Please change the WL format. I can't stress enough about how tiresome is to play 40 games in 3 days (when you work the 1st day so its basically 2 days for 40 games).
When we actually have a life outside gaming playing all these games in such a short time is very very stressfull and frustrating.

Please review that.
Perfect. Totally agree. My wife will definally kick me off if I insist to play WL this season...
1) A higher difficulty level than legendary? After a while in career mode, legendary is too easy. Maybe an "elite" level?
2) This isn't the forum probably to say this, but STARHEADS. STARHEADS. STARHEADS. STARHEADS.
- EA, come on. I know you guys did your scans in February and March, and doing the newly promoted EPL teams now, but please you guys have to do a full league scan for Bundesliga, Serie A, and La Liga. The amount of faces PES does is ridiculous. They destory you in this category. Look at this, I found it on some guy's Twitter:
Please do more scans. If you can't do scans, try to do customs. They are so much better than those ugly generic faces you guys put out. And don't skimp out on the lesser known under 21 players (Bailey, Sessegnon, Ryan Nelson, Sancho, Foden, Vinicius Jr, Maitland-Niles, Chong, Pavon, Havertz, Kessie, Lafont, and theres like 100 more i can list).
3) Career mode. Seriously. Revamp it. A lot of big things, and small things need fixing. Where is the forum to suggest/complain about career mode anyways? Because there's so much that can be done. Help a brother out please.
- One thing that pisses me off: When I negotiate a transfer, and sometimes I offer the better player, they refuse it so unreasonably. Like if I was playing with Bayern, and I offer maybe Jerome Boateng to Leicester, in exhange for lets say, a youth player or someone with way lesser value like Albrighton, they should accept it. No matter what. In FIFA 18, they say we're only looking for LBs. Like WTFFF???!!! I'm offering you a 50m player. Fix that, it wasn't like that in FIFA 17 and previous games. Little stuff like this need to be fixed.
Being able to change formation without pausing is great but does the ball need to go out of play before the players move to their new positions?
If it’s instant people would be able to switch to 3-4-2-1 while attacking and switch to a formation with 5 at the back while defending, giving them an “unfair” advantage.
If the ball needs to go out of play first is it really much better than pausing? After all, if you pause you can choose any formation you want to use.
I personally hope the ball doesn’t need to go out of play but I also hope the changes aren’t instant. Hopefully there is a 30 second real life delay before the changes are active.
I have already set my mind on NOT buying fifa 19 UNLESS i see solid news that career mode has been fixed
The same exactly. Moreover, I will read this forum first after the release to know opinions about players’ experience. Especially after one or two patches. And only after that I’ll decide whether to buy it on Christmas sale or not.
please can you include records in the game via commentary cause its like listening to the same thing every year over and over again.
especially in career mode when the mode is nothing to look up to again cause there is nothing new to try
Improve balance Attack / Defence particulary on kisk off of match. Defence is patetic since FIFA 18!!! We want a real football!!!!! Not arcade for baby kikoo football. football is a sport where there are few goals! Not 10 goal every game
Improve gameplay !!! Match not too fast look fifa 18 and 19 is more fast according to firts test.
You improve the elements only so that one pays more on FUT
FROM GAMEREACTOR this is what EA needs to explain as well:
A FIFA player on Reddit shared info a few months ago with regards to the game's code, suggesting it does indeed change behaviours depending on a number of variables. User score, and when it scores, for instance, can lead to an increase in the AI's difficulty. Other parameters refer to "Super Sub", increasing that substitute's value during the game. Fatigue, determination, and concentration are other variables working in the background that can impact the game.
In other words, yes, the game definitely tinkers with the match experience, but it seems that it's not with a view to fixing results, it's just that it makes it easier for the AI to score, for instance. According to Matt Prior, talking with Eurogamer, this is not cheating, it's just "the kind of thing that happens in football."
"There is [an] error in some of the algorithms for traps [trapping the ball]. That's in-built throughout the game, but that's all measured on an individual level. It doesn't take into account, oh, this is 1-0 in the 90th minute, let's give this guy more error. It's very much individual. And as a result it can happen at any time. That's part of the beauty of the sport. That can be frustrating at times, but that's the nature of football."
We once also asked EA Sports about scripting, and we got a similar reply: "First of all, that just doesn't exist (laughs). That's the truth. I've been on record, maybe years, saying it doesn't exist. But that's not to say that we don't understand that there's something that people are feeling that they don't like. And to be honest it was, again I go back to pre-production, it was at the forefront in things we talk about, it's like what is it that's causing people frustration in the game that makes them feel like we're doing something underhanded, which we're not".
Can you please update the commentary? It's lacking in years behind games such as NBA 2k. They are fresh and talk about real stuff. The only thing real about fifa is when they say someone has a birthday. And how lazy is the WC update commentary? They are talking about WC is coming to S.America. SMH. Oh and how about if I play a game in Africa, you show the some black fans! There's no way all the fans are going to be white?!
And why can't we play to Pens in online friendlies? We should have the option to do that vs playing a "season"
More animation from players faces when they score.
Fix set pieces! Why do they all stand around and not really move?
Why on free kicks are the only people in the wall the defense? That's not real life!
Why on corners you can hit that one guy and slam it in?
Why cant I defend on a free kick, when a man is sent running up and it's lobbed over the wall.
I mean my guys see it coming! Make some of break off the wall and defend him!
