I might go for Pukki but let's wait and see how our International break goes

Mount for me. Beating a **** team at home won’t have given Newcastle that much confidence.

Leno is my main, Ryan is my back up.

Yh I've already done Leno. I remember I gave that advice up top so cant not do it myself :D

Wish I could get Mount in, think he will run riot but oh well.

Not sure many Goalkeepers will give attacking returns mate, be it Arsenal or another club

Honestly I’m not sure what’s wrong with some of you, what on gods green earth would posses you to get the Arsenal keeper?
They’re defence is awful, and unlikely to get any better(defending wise atleast), constant mistakes from awful players, and it’s not even like Leno is the type of keeper who makes 6+ saves either.

Baffled by anyone picking Leno over other options at 5 mill and under.

Leno has made the most saves of any keeper this season mate..

Not to mention we have 3 defenders coming back in, and favourable fixtures for the next 5 or so game weeks.

Theres very sound logic in it.

Because they're cheap relatively and have good fixtures.

Leno is a good keeper to have. He'll make a lot of saves and we're already keeping more clean sheets than last season. That's with Tierney and Holding still to come back after the break, which should improve us defensively.

I'd probably favour Schmeichel at the same price though and I dont think it's worth spending more than 4.5m on a keeper. Especially considering we have a lot of good options at that price. Pope probably being the pick of them.

Fair play regarding saves then, I’m completely wrong there.

However I still hold out your never going to get many if any clean sheets any time soon, think it’s a bad call.

    Time will tell!

Although we are literally just coming off the back of a clean sheet..

    Sheff United
    Palace
    Wolves
    Leicester
    Southampton
    Norwich
    Brighton

Are our next 7 fixtures of which 4 are at home, so I think theres far worse calls.

    My thinking on Leno was...

Main defensive players coming back, easy fixtures the next 5-6 weeks & he's made the most saves in the league thus far.

He isn't my keeper for the rest of the season, but for the next 5-6 fixtures, he'll do.

Saves are pointless if you can’t keep a clean sheet.

I mean he has 2 clean sheets compared to the leading total of 3 :P

We will keep plenty of clean sheets in the coming weeks with Tierney, Holding and Bellerin back and fully fit after the break.

I'm so glad I picked Pope as my keeper to start the season. Really think I'm gonna keep him as a 38 game starter.

Yh I went Heaton but should have gone Pope, hence why I want a change.

Was thinking Pope, Ryan or Leno. Leno has the best fixtures over 7 or 8 games so went him.

Saves are pointless if you can’t keep a clean sheet.

The point is irrelevant when he's one clean sheet behind the top keeper atm.

Yeah it's pretty stupid that they did that, it wouldn't even detract from the United - Liverpool game by having another game on, they should just have stuck the Arsenal game on the early timeslot that day then they'd be hours apart.
