Another 1 Nation WL. Are You Joking EA?
Didn't notice until now at the very least the next 2 WL's are 1 nation.
I get it, the world cup is here, let's have a 1 nation WL on the opening weekend.
But now 2 with potentially another to come. Are they taking the p*ss? Myself and I assume the majority of the community have just built their end game teams and the one place we can run these teams in a relatively lag free environment is the WL.
What does everyone else think of these requirements?

So can I unfortunately.
Think I will go for Italy instead, can use my Prime Maldini, TOTS Immobile
Can get in discard TOTSs and low priced ones, Giovinco, Verrati, Caligari, Insigne etc, Florenzi futbday at CM
Those discard TOTS cards were still 70 odd k last I checked.
Divisions doesn't play as smooth as WL, I'll usually only play 10-20 WL games dependant on time or if I'm arsed.

Ffs was going to give next week a miss as my squad is more diverse then London ,
Forced to use Brazil if this is the case as Ronaldinho is carrying me threw the weekend but every game is going to be against Brazil or France, they should make it 2 nations so at least can get some variety in the squads.
If you want to ❤️❤️❤️❤️ about with requirements because of the World Cup then err .. do it in the fricking World Cup mode!!
Since they released this crap they’ve done nothing but screw over reg UT players.
The majority have just finalised their end game team to be told we now can’t use them

It's a fairly cheap team, cant use my TOTS Son, De Gea, Prime Maldini, etc, which is a bit gutting but hey! those are the requirements.
The last two will be minimum 5 nations or something
Also most people have gone ham on sbc's and icons, so you are very restricted unless you were running on gold or had a super stacked club. Theres barely coins left to build a 1 nation team thats on the same level of enjoyment as the ultimate team it took you months to build.
Obviously the people commenting are people that still enjoy the weekend league, people that don’t think ‘the games dead’ because they listen to what youtubers say and can think for themselves.

Agreed, I just rinsed my club to get gullit so have no more than 2 players from any 1 nation and no coins left to build a decent team around them. Bit of a ❤️❤️❤️❤️ take really

Oh I'm sorry, did anything I wrote here suggest that I don't enjoy the WL? Or that I think that the game is dead? Or did I write anything that suggested me being a sheep, following blindly and repeating what content creators are talking about?
As you also presumed you are actually older than me, or simply just being a condescending d.i.c.k.. why don't you do yourself a favor and go borrow your parents credit card so you can afford to have a second team to play with next weekend.

WL is the competitive mode. There should absolutely never be requirements in a competitive mode forcing you to use specific players, or forbidding you from using the players you want (and feel most comfortable using). In any esport/competitive game - Fortnite, Overwatch, COD - there's no requirement in competitive modes to use SMGs only (or anything similar).
Keep these requirements to divisions, or bring back themed online tournaments with good rewards. With so many players turning away from WL already, its crazy to think EA are fine with frustrating those few players still grinding it out in FUT champs
I have 2 options brazil with prime carlos prime ronaldo and tots gustavo. Or france with prime desailly prime petit and sbc griezmann.
Which team would fare better do you reckon guys? Id say my brazilians are better but france has loads of cheap beasts like martial and bakayoko so im unsure...
Will be nice to try out new one nation squads and play against some defenses that aren't amazing and some GKs that aren't called David
Exactly the same with me no coins either Brazil or France as the options think France is more OP with cheaper players IMO
