Now I'm wondering what the best none icon CM is. Atm I'm leaning towards groetz

Tallisca is very good, toty modric too.
Depends how you like teams to be balanced really.

Yeah LCM. Goretzka RCM and Rijkaard CDM. Works well.

I would get someone with little legs such as toty modric or kante. They should buzz about your midfield picking up scraps + they are both excellent all round players.
You have enough size already imo.
