Prime Vieira still the best CDM?

Hi guys, I have been using tradeable version of his card for a few months. I am thinking of doing the SBC to open packs. Is he still the best after all TOTS Cards and end game player?

No one better imo however I also don't get the hype behind him, he's marginly better than Bakayoko...
