Like I said, it's because it's Salah. If it was an Dijk on Ronnie no one would have said a thing. Its part of the game, but he didn't intentionally dislocate his shoulder ffs.
It was on purpose. Ramos locked Salah's hand and dragged him to the floor. With the spaniard being the heavier body, it was more probable for his opponent to get injured than not.
He should have been booked for that nevertheless.
