World Cup mode ratings reveal discussion

Just noticed EA are revealing ratings for teams in the upcoming World Cup mode.
So far three teams have been revealed, and one thing I noticed is Radja Nainggolan is only 81 (!!!) rated, when for example Augusto Fernandez is 80 rated and didn't even found his way to AM midfield and went to China. Surely Radja's rating is a bug, no?

It was really welcome change back in '14. With all these new additions we have these days, I am more hyped of the WC add-on than TOTS.
Although how Icardi is 85 with 4 caps and 0 goals is beyond me.
I'll try it out but I won't spend any coins or FP on it. Bit the idea of having to get used to new ratings, playing with lots of undesirable players etc..just for a mode that lasts two months and all that...seems a waste of time to me. Each to their own tho

As for Radja, either a bug or EA are plain daft. I'm going with the latter.
For belgium, I feel lukaku should be an 88, he is their all time top scorer and always turns up after all
and @mHazard , i might be mistaken but i think these rating are based on how often/well they place for the national teams, which is why witsel is higher than radja
Normal FUT TOTWs will continue during WC. If someone gets TOTW for good performance in WC, the PTG will upgrade. Just like it has been so far with OTWs and PTGs. This is how I see it.
Yeah that was my initial thought earlier in the year. But there's been a lot of chatter about there being a pre-WC upgrade to the PTG cards selected for their national teams.

However, since it's basically the same gameplay, I wonder how EA expects us to be excited to play with 81 cards after this mad TOTS giveaway with everyone and their grandmas having couple of 95 players in their teams.
im more curious about the supposed upgrades these cards are going is going to work, like is mexico going to have all high 80s/ low 90s if they make it to the quarters or semis? Wouldn't really make sense imo

I'd only want Boateng, Goretzka out of that selection for my team.
Pretty sure the 30 players from every team are in the mode, just the ones who don't go to the world cup won't be able to get upgrades
