Why is he so cheap at 775k on PS4?

His stats are not much lower than his TOTY which is still 1.5m.

I think today tomorrow is his lowest price, which sucks because I have to wait till tuesday. I base this off the prices of Pl tots.

I keep hearing that TOTS cards have the same odds of being packed as their base cards. Okay, so NIF Ramos is still pretty rare, but I think there's a lot more TOTS about than TOTY versions.

I pull sergi every week (sometimes more than once)
Hopefully I get his tots in my squad battle rewards in the morning.

Still would of expected this card to be in the 1-1.1m price range.

look at his tots price for fifa 17 - he was 700k for about 10 days, he then dropped 350k in 2 weeks
